Foster or Foster-to Adopt Needed!!

Please welcome King Louie whom we believe to be a Boston Terrier mix, but we are unsure what exactly he is mixed with!!?? His ears, long tail and energy level suggest perhaps Australian Cattle dog?? 

King Louie was originally found as a stray and wound up in a shelter. He was adopted by a family in central Florida who had two other dogs and after only a week they made the decision that 18-month old Louie was too much energy for them. 

Two of our favorite people, Brittany Lamy and her son sprang into action to go get Louie, hoping they could foster him themselves, but unfortunately, Louie is going to be too much for their cat as well!! Please see last photo of their car ride.. just a boy and a dog!!

 He loves loves loves kids and other dogs. He does not have a timid bone in his body. He's right away your best friend! Upon reviving him we were told he knew zero commands. My 11 year old son taught him 'sit' after just a few hours. He is eager to learn and very smart and treat driven. He is very very very much potty trained and lets you know right away when he's ready to go outside. He loves to play fetch as well.
 

He would be so great with someone active, he LOVES to be outside and loves going on walks. He also looks out the window often so I figured out quickly I needed to have a pedestal under the window so he could look out.

For someone who understands and works with high energy levels, Louie will be fairly easy as he is super friendly and does want to please. He has all of his shots and we are waiting on a neuter 
date. He is currently marking as he is still intact, so he is wearing a belly band until he gets neutered. Due to his energy level, no small children, small dogs, or cats please!!
