Our specific mission is to prevent cruelty to animals, especially dogs and cats, by providing compassionate support services for the abandoned, abused, neglected and suffering, as well as those left behind in kill shelters. 4 Lucky Dogs will rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome as many animals as possible within the means of the non-profit corporation and it's Members, Directors and Officers.
