Louie is a 2 1/2-year-old miniature Australian Shepherd and he weighs approximately 18 pounds. Louie is wary of strangers initially and is undergoing training to overcome his fears.  He is getting that much needed socialization and is also working on building his confidence with his favorite past time of being a disc dog. He is a natural. He is looking for a home and family that will be patient and understanding of his needs. Someone willing to continue his work with his training and socialization. Once he knows you, he loves to snuggle and will do anything to please you. He is currently living with three other dogs and one cat however, he does like to chase and play with the cat, but will not hurt him. He won't be a fit with every cat as he enjoys herding them when playing. Louie needs a home without small children. Louie is being fostered in the Tampa Bay area and his adoption fee is $250.
