Roxy is a sweet 5 year old Australian Shepherd mix who is looking for her forever home.  She would make an amazing companion for a family that has a quieter household.  She will be a lap dog when you want her to be, but also loves to go on her daily walks.  Roxy is currently in foster with three other dogs, both male and females, and lives with a cat.  Roxy likes to do her own thing, but likes to snuggle with her foster fur brother and sisters.  She does not initiate play, but is starting to learn how to play tug of war with her younger foster brother.  She is fine in the house when her humans leave for work and does not require crating.  Roxy is heartworm positive and will be going through her treatment in October.  We would love to find her perfect home that would like to foster to adopt her through her treatment.  4 Lucky Dogs is responsible for all medical until she tests Heartworm negative.  Her adoption fee is $200 and that will be payable after she tests Heartworm negative.  If you are interested in fostering to adopt Roxy, please fill out an application at www.4luckydogs.org.
