Wow is the word that describes Weston!  

This 5-month old pup is a head-turner with his perfect GSD coloring and profile.  Weston is an extremely friendly dog who has turned out to need much more of an active lifestyle than his mom currently planned on.  Weston has been living with 4 other smaller dogs and has been good with them, however he is beginning to get much bigger than them and without any boundaries or training, playtime was becoming increasingly challenging.  Immediately upon taking Weston into rescue, 4 Lucky Dogs enrolled him in a a 6-week basic obedience class with Victoria Parker's Bayshore Dog Training which will start on Saturday, 19 August.  This class will be transferrable to the new owner if in the local area.  Weston is completely crate-trained, however, due to Weston's mom often having to work double shifts, Weston is still learning his house-training manners.  He is an obedient and eager-to-please boy so we anticipate that this will be corrected easily when he is able to spend more time with his human and has time to learn what is acceptable and not. Even at such an early age, Weston has fantastic eye contact and displays an eagerness to learn and work.  He loves to be spoken directly to and tries to reward each sentence with a kiss if he is close enough.  This is an unspoiled, young professional working dog with a great temperament who is ready for some serious training and an active lifestyle. Experience with GSD's and a willingness to continue his training is a requirement in order to adopt this dog.   Weston is neutered , micro- chipped and comes with all shots.
