Logan is FUN, FUN, FUN ! And wants to play and play all day long.  Logan is a 5-6 month old black Labrador Retriever/Hound mix who was left out tied to a tree during Hurricane Irma, and then ultimately abandoned and left behind in his own back yard by the family that claimed to love him. This boy is an absolute love and is extremely alert, obedient and eager to please. He is new to being socialized and looks to his handler for confidence as he encounters new situations, facilitating a great future training relationship. He is going to be just a gorgeous dog when he grows up! He is a very smart, high energy boy who  loves to play fetch with balls, frisbees, and sticks! Logan is crate-trained and housebroken even though he is new to being an indoor dog. Logan gets along well with other dogs although he tends to play hard and will do best with a dog his own size or bigger, who can put him in his place when they have had enough play. Logan rides extremely well in the car, and will stay right by your side in the front seat.  Due to his high energy level at this young age, he is not recommended for a home with cats or small children. Logan’s adoption fee will be $300 and he comes neutered, microchipped and up to date on shots.
