If interested in finding out more about a dog, you must fill out an application first at www.4luckydogs.org to start our process.*** Hello, My name is Ernie and at only 1 year old, I love to play! Its important that I be placed in another home with another dog like me, who would like to play with me! That would be fun! Too many dogs may be overwhelming for me however and my play style might get more frenzied and could be misunderstood. I am also a velcro dog and will love, love, love my owner. I am affectionate and sweet and love to cuddle. My first year was a little crazy and I got bounced around between homes a lot and I had a lot of problems with understanding what everyone wanted and with potty training and some anxiety. Then a sweet lady named Stephanie from 4 Lucky Dogs took a chance with me and whew...I'm so happy she did! She has taught me crate training to make me feel more comfortable and safe. Now I love my crate and am sleeping through the night! I go outside as soon as I wake up with no nighttime problems anymore and I go outside again with the other dogs throughout the day...all on schedule! I only have some limited accidents here and there, so I am getting it!! I also love toys and car rides, and cats are ok with me too!! I love to nap in bed with Stephanie now and I snuggle under her arm. She promises me I will get my own person soon and it will be forever and always!  I  come microchipped, neutered and up to date on all shots/vaccines. My adoption fee is $300.
