4 Lucky Dogs is not a shelter or facility where dogs can be viewed, as all of our rescue dogs are in loving foster homes throughout Florida. We do not adopt outside of the state of FL at this time. Although Darth Vader has the name of an evil tyrant that wants to conquer the empire he is really just a super sweet dog with a sad story.
Although he was well taken care of and loved by his owner( maybe a few to many treats) his owner had to go into hospice and therefore Darth lost his home.
He is a really great dog that is sweet and gentle and gets along with most everyone. Does great with other dogs and would love to have another dog to play with. In his prior life he had a small dog and a Labrador retriever to play with. He enjoys playing with toys or just chilling out and chewing on a bone. He is housebroken although could use some work with marking. He loves to go on a walk and is good on a leash. He is very intelligent and food motivated so he would probably learn a lot of things with someone that has time to spend with him.
The vet thinks that Darth is 2 to 3 years old. Darth is good with dogs and children but not great with cats. He will chase if they run.  The adoption fee is $350 and this dog comes microchipped, spayed/neutered and up to date on shots and vaccines. You can apply at www.4luckydogs.
