4 Lucky Dogs is not a shelter or facility where dogs can be viewed, as all of our rescue dogs are in loving foster homes throughout Florida. We do not adopt outside of the state of FL at this time. If interested in finding out more about one of our dogs, please fill out an application at www.4luckydogs.org, and you will be contacted by phone if you are a fit.  Hunter is a 4-5 month old, 35-lb yellow Labrador Retriever mix who is going to be a big boy, judging by his large paws. We believe he may have some Collie mixed in there. Hunter has not had very much structure in his life thus far and needs some training. He is a very active dog and needs mental stimulation, attention and supervision. His puppy teeth are almost all gone, but he is still teething and is mouthy, and is still jumping, so no children or seniors please. Hunter is good with other dogs after proper introductions, and he should do well as an only dog or may benefit from learning from another well-trained dog, as he is a very smart boy. This is a dog that is well worth the training time as he will make a very smart, loyal and affectionate dog.  The adoption fee is $400.00 and this dog comes microchipped, spayed/neutered and up to date on shots and vaccines.
