*** 4 Lucky Dogs is not a shelter or facility where dogs can be viewed. All our rescue dogs are in loving foster homes throughout Florida. We do not usually adopt outside of the state of FL. If interested in finding out more about this dog, please fill out an application and you will be contacted by phone if you are a fit.*** Buster is an eight year old 45-pound beagle and loves to be around people and other animals. He likes to go on walks to explore, and once he catches a scent, it is hard to detour from his mission in finding the culprit to his smell. When walking, Buster is very social and wants to meet every other dog that we come across. He is not fazed by squirrels, birds, or any other type of animal. Buster is a sweet, laid-back Beagle that loves to sleep and get scratched. He is not into any toys or games and does not run, but he likes car rides and will either look out the window or sleep until you get to your next adventure. He is house trained and can be left by himself. When the foster comes home, he talks (bays/howls) to them and circles to welcome us home and tell them how much he missed them. He has a deep groan, so he would not do well living in apartments or condos but the only time he ever makes noise is to celebrate your arrival. He does not bark throughout the day at all, and he is not food aggressive. He is very stubborn and pulls hard when he catches a scent. He would make a great sidekick to anyone and would be a great companion! His adoption fee is $400. This dog comes microchipped, neutered, and up to date on shots and vaccines.
