**We are a foster-based rescue with no shelter or facility to view our dogs, and our address is a mailing address only. Please be patient as we are an all-volunteer rescue and our rescue dogs are in various loving foster homes throughout West-Central Florida. As a general rule we try to limit our adoptions to within the state of FL. If interested in one of our dogs, please fill out a foster or adopt application at www.4luckydogs.org, and we will contact you by phone/text if we feel your application is the best fit out of the ones received.*** Lorelei and Munchkin are a mom and daughter duo and MUST be adopted together. They are both shy, easily intimidated and will huddle together when afraid. Both are potty-pad trained but can use a doggy-door and will also go outside. Lorelei is a ten-year-old Westie who weighs 11 pounds and is in good health. The mister of the house is her favorite person, and she follows him everywhere! Lorelei is shy, very courteous and will only come near when invited … unless there’s treats involved, of course! She loves attention and is friendly with other dogs and cats. Sweetness is her middle name. Munchkin, aka Munchie, is a six-year-old Westie-mix who weighs seven pounds and is in good health but does require a quarterly allergy shot. She is very attached to the female of the house and follows her everywhere. She can be very timid with new environments and people and will hide or shiver when she’s nervous. She wears a thunder shirt which helps calm her nerves. Once she feels safe, she loves attention and her crazy, playful personality comes alive. They both enjoy walks and snuggling on the couch. They will need a home that gives them a chance to warm up and build their confidence. When getting groomed, we ask that they be put in the cage together which makes them feel safer. They are both very loving and just want to be loved in return. ***The adoption fee for Lorilei this dog is $300.00 and he/she will come microchipped, neutered/spayed, up to date on all necessary vaccines/rabies, heartworm tested and dewormed .
