Charlie is already neutered and is getting all of his shots brought up to date today at Animal Medical Center in Brandon, where he has already captured the hearts of Shelby and the rest of the staff there. According to his previous owner, 55-lb Charlie is house trained, crate trained, affectionate with all people and dog-friendly. From what we have seen already he is all of that and more!!
