Percy is a beautiful 1yr old Sheltie/Papillon mix that came to be a Lucky Dog from Hillsborough County Pet Resources. Percy is 26lbs, his adoption fee is $200 which will include neuter, vaccinations and microchip.  He is housebroken and currently working on his obedience, and crate training in his foster home, where he lives with 3 other dogs and a cat. He loves to play with other dogs, and cuddle with his people, however we are finding out that Percy likes to chase and herd cats, so we feel it best to place him in a home with no cats. Percy is a playful, high energy boy and would do best with an active family that will walk and exercise him everyday, and older, considerate children as he may be too much energy for young children or toddlers. Percy is currently being fostered in Valrico, Fl.
