Meet Ernie ~ Lucky Dog #35. This 10-month-old Black and Tan Jack Russell Terrier mix is a sweet, affectionate pup that needs a forever home. He is a happy, playful boy that loves to play fetch with his favorite squeaky tennis ball. Ernie is a small 20 pound boy that would make a perfect lap pet. He would be great for a moderately active family that will take him for walks and play his favorite game of fetch with him. Ernie loves treats and will watch and learn from other dogs.  He does well with other dogs and cats, but is just as content to be by himself. Ernie is currently being fostered in Tampa, Fl. and has done well with the children in his foster home. He is crate trained and housebroken and does well riding in a car. Ernie is current on his vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. His adoption fee is $200 which includes his neuter, microchip and vaccinations.
