Meet AJ, Lucky Dog #33. This 14-month-old Maltese/Terrier mix is a super friendly boy that needs a forever home. AJ is a young dog that was owner surrendered due to a change in his family's status. They felt that they could no longer provide him with the attention he needed and deserved. He is very sweet, gentle and affectionate and loves everyone and everything. He loves being around people and wants to be your best friend. He is great with other dogs, cats and children. AJ would be great for a moderately active family as he loves going for walks and playing with his toys in the yard. He is crate trained and has some basic training, and his foster mom says he is just a perfect little boy! His hair was a bit of a mess, so he had to be shaved, but he will soon be a fluffy little boy again! He is being fostered in Brandon, Fl., and is current on vaccinations, heartworm, and flea/tick preventatives. AJ's adoption fee is $250 and includes his neuter, microchip and vaccinations.
