Shogun He’s now Mezcal “Mezzi” and absolutely beyond loved! Here is his story! Mezzi came to 4LD, a 1 year old, intact and absolutely terrified pup. Thankfully our friend Carolann was able to take him in right away to foster! He transferred over to our friend Sarah where he finally started to come out of his shell, but first he hid in every small crevice he could find. Under tables, under desks, and his favorite spot was behind our sectional couch. In hiding he learned “this isn’t so bad” and let us put him on the couch and get lots of snuggles. We worked on his potty training, learning how to play and going in a crate! He spent a few weeks at Casa Connor and then he met “Mom & Dad.” Ali, her husband Chase and their pup Moose came highly recommended from a previous adopter who also has 3 berners! We set up a meet and greet and they fell instantly in love! It’s been about 4 months and they have the perfect puppy! Mezzi plays in the yard with Moose, he chews on his toys and still plays an occasional game of hide and seek ð¤£
Sadie & Lexi Lucky Dogs Sadie and her sister Lexi have hit the jackpot with Trinity Ann Marsh Gonzalez and her husband Daniel! Trinity and Daniel already had a pair of older sister dogs, Molly and Jazzy. By adding another pair of sisters to the family there are now 4 Lucky Dogs in this household! Thank you both so much for adopting! It is clear how much these girls are loved!
Stormy Stormy went on a meet and greet today and found the home of a lifetime! She has a new big sister who is going to show her the ropes and rules of her new household. What a wonderful day for Stormy! And special thanks to Victoria Evans and Zoey who were first-time fosters for Stormy and helped her to shape such a bright future! Breanne Salerno, thanks for providing refuge to Stormy when she wandered into your home that night, and trusting our rescue to find her the perfect home
