Kareem is officially ready to find his forever home!

This little Yorkie has had a full glow-up. When he first arrived, he was like a wind-up toy on a never-ending loop—just pacing the living room like he was guarding the nuclear codes, too exhausted to keep his eyes open but refusing to nap. Now? With a solid routine of meals in a sniff mat (yes, he’s fancy), playtime, training, and actual scheduled naps, Kareem is thriving. Honestly, same, little dude.

Kareem is about one year old and recently neutered—so he’s got all the puppy energy . He’s still got the spunk of a puppy, though, and after some training and a few tools, he’s learned how to be a pretty chill guy. He does bark at new people and dogs on walks (classic dog stuff), but if you use the “introductory walk” trick, he’ll go from barking to making new doggy friends in no time.

Kareem is all about the basics—he’s potty trained (he’ll even go to the door like a well-mannered gentleman), crate trained, and leash trained (no pulling, no drama). He’s smart, affectionate, loves a good snuggle, and lives for playtime. Fetch? Yes, please. Tug-of-war? He’s ready to dominate.

If you have another dog, make sure they’re a playful pup like him. Kareem doesn’t understand why older, less playful dogs don’t want to join his games. He’ll try his best to get them to play, even if they’re like, “I’m good, thanks.” He’s a determined little guy, but it’s all in good fun!
