3-Year-Old Male Giant Schnauzer

 

Shadow might look tough, but this big boy just wants to play and be near his person. Like his sister, he was raised as a junkyard guard dog and kept isolated — but he’s been nothing but sweet with the handler he trusts.

 

He doesn’t love being poked or muzzled — can you blame him? — but with calm direction (especially in Spanish!), he listens right away. Once he knows you’re on his side, Shadow turns into a goofy, affectionate, tail-wagging buddy who wants to be involved in everything.

 

High-energy, smart, and very strong
